Mag World
Children's Privacy Notice
Scope and the parent account
MagWorld family experiences are intended to be set up and controlled by an adult. The MagWorld Account belongs to a parent or guardian; a child does not receive a separate login.
This notice explains data associated with child profiles and child-directed play. The parent controls consent, sharing, optional synchronization, export, and deletion.
Child data we collect
A parent may provide a nickname and age band so the app can offer appropriate difficulty and content. We may keep challenge progress and a result such as whether a guided match passed and points earned.
We do not ask a child profile for a real name, email, phone number, school, precise location, or independent login credentials.
Photos and real-environment media
Guided match photos, unverified build photos, and AR snapshots may show the real environment. They remain local by default and are not automatically uploaded by MagWorld Account.
If an app offers Photo Sync or community sharing, it is off by default or requires an explicit parent choice. The parent selects each item, can revoke sharing, and can request deletion of a cloud copy subject to required safety records.
How child data is used
We use minimized child-profile data to provide age-appropriate stories, difficulty, progress, rewards, safety controls, and parent-visible family features.
We do not use child profiles for behavioral advertising or sell children's personal information. Identifiable child data is not used as unrestricted AI training input.
Parent controls
Parents can review or change child nicknames and age bands, manage local media and optional sync, control community sharing, and use Privacy Choices for Account export or deletion. Sensitive actions may require a fresh Parent Gate or email code.
If you believe a child provided information without appropriate permission, contact support@magworld.io so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Retention and deletion
Child profiles are kept only while needed for the family feature or until the parent deletes them or the Account. Local media must be cleared in the relevant app; Account deletion starts the server-side process described in the Privacy Policy.
Limited safety, fraud, transaction, or legal records may be retained where required, but are not treated as an active child account.
Contact
Parents and guardians may ask questions or exercise available rights by contacting support@magworld.io or using Privacy Choices. We may verify the adult Account before acting.
