Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of MagWorld services operated by DELU BRAND MANAGEMENT CO.,LIMITED. By creating an account, purchasing, or using a service, the adult account holder agrees to these Terms and the policies linked here.

The account holder must be legally able to agree to these Terms. Children use family features only under a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.

Provide accurate information, protect sign-in credentials, and tell Support promptly about unauthorized use. One canonical MagWorld Account may be used across apps, Creator, and Workbench surfaces.

Parents and guardians are responsible for child profiles, permissions, purchases, media choices, community sharing, and age-appropriate supervision. Do not create a login for a child.

Do not misuse the services, evade security or moderation, scrape or overload systems, impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute malware, manipulate rewards, or use MagWorld to harm or exploit a child.

You must follow applicable law, product safety instructions, age guidance, and the Content Guidelines.

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant MagWorld the permissions reasonably needed to host, review, display, distribute, and operate that content according to your selected visibility and the relevant Creator or community program terms.

You must have the rights and permissions for uploaded designs, photos, names, and likenesses. MagWorld may moderate, restrict, or remove content under the Content Guidelines.

Prices, availability, taxes, delivery, returns, and payment terms are shown in the applicable store or checkout. Payment providers process payment details, and fulfillment records may be retained for legal and customer-service needs.

Digital features may depend on compatible devices, internet access, account status, and supported regions. Rewards have no cash value except where an applicable program expressly states otherwise.

MagWorld software, brands, product designs, artwork, and service content are owned by MagWorld or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the services as intended; they do not transfer ownership.

Open-source components remain governed by their licenses, described in Third-Party Notices.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, serious or repeated policy violations, or protection of children and the community. Where appropriate, we provide notice or an appeal path.

You may stop using the services or request account deletion. Records that must be retained for law, fraud prevention, accounting, or fulfillment may remain in minimized form.

Services are provided with the level of care required by applicable law, but uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free user content cannot be guaranteed. Follow physical product instructions and supervise children's building and online activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible only for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its breach.

Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Additional purchase, Creator, promotion, or regional terms may supplement these Terms and will control for that specific subject if they conflict.
